International, Bureau Desk | Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal has said that about 99 percent of the issues of the first phase of the trade agreement between India and America have been resolved. The US delegation is holding three-day talks in New Delhi. Goyal expressed confidence that the agreement will be signed soon. Both countries aim to increase bilateral trade to $500 billion by 2030.
