Saplings were planted on the occasion of World Environment Day in the Khutheria Panchayat Secretariat premises of Garhwa. Public representatives and villagers gave the message of environmental protection by planting saplings.
It was said in the program that just planting trees is not enough, regular care of them is also necessary. In view of the heat and water crisis, the importance of trees and plants has increased further in villages.
